The questions clients ask on repeat — how to read the report, what happens in onboarding, why the campaign is built this way — deserve better than another one-off call. The Academy in AI Marketing Dashboard turns them into a course library: upload videos or link YouTube, Vimeo and Loom, organize lessons into courses, choose exactly which client sees which lesson, and watch completion progress come back as each client works through the material in their own portal.

An academy is organized the way people actually learn: courses made of short video lessons, each with a title, description and duration, in the order you want them watched. A welcome course for new clients, a foundations course on how you run their marketing, a walkthrough of their monthly report — whatever your agency explains over and over becomes a lesson you record once.
Lessons play right inside the client's portal with a clean lesson rail, next and previous navigation, and a mark-complete flow — the familiar online-course experience, wearing your brand instead of a third-party classroom's.
Bring content from wherever it lives. Paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link and the lesson embeds it directly — ideal for content you already publish or quick Loom walkthroughs your team records. Upload a video file and it's stored privately and streamed to clients with expiring links, so unlisted training never leaks beyond the clients you shared it with.
Each lesson can carry its own thumbnail and duration, so the course reads like a curriculum rather than a pile of links.
Every lesson a client marks complete is recorded, and each course shows their progress as a percentage with the lessons checked off. Your team sees the same numbers from the agency side: which clients are moving through onboarding, who finished the reporting course, and who hasn't started — before it becomes a confused email thread.
When a client works through their training, your notification feed hears about it, so client education stops being a black hole and starts being a signal.
The academy is a first-class area of each client's portal — the same white-labeled home as their projects, files, pipeline and reports. New training shows up in their notification bell, their portal home shows how far they've gotten, and there's no separate course platform, password or subscription to manage.
That placement is the point: education sits next to the work it explains, so a client watching the reporting course is one click from the report it teaches them to read.
Most agencies re-teach the same first month to every new client. A welcome course — how the portal works, who's on the team, what the first 30 days look like — hands that hour back to your team while giving every client a more consistent, more polished start than any ad-hoc kickoff deck.
Because progress is tracked, your account managers know exactly which new clients actually watched the onboarding before the kickoff call, and can spend the meeting on strategy instead of housekeeping.
